Site selection professionals with Parker Poe Consulting (PPC) have assisted Techtronic Industries (TTI) with their second expansion in two years. The company’s latest development plans include the construction of a new 300,000 square foot Innovation Center that will complement the $85 million, 1.3 million square foot distribution & warehouse facility constructed in late 2016

The new $75 million Innovation Center will be constructed adjacent to TTI’s distribution center located at Exit 27 off Interstate 85 in Anderson County, South Carolina. This $75 million expansion is also expected to create 250 new jobs.
