Commercial Property Executive noted Parker Poe and Parker Poe Consulting's roles in a new manufacturing facility in Mooresville, North Carolina. Tristone Flowtech USA, the subsidiary of a German manufacturer, is investing nearly $24 million and creating more than 300 jobs at the site.

Sam Moses, co-leader of Parker Poe's Manufacturing & Distribution Team, served as counsel to the company, and Susan Elliott helped with lease contract review. Mark Simmons, principal at Parker Poe Consulting, served as site consultant and negotiated state and local incentives.
